10 Prospect Street Digital Brochure

During my time at JLL, I worked on the creation of a digital and print brochure for 10 Prospect Street at USQ, a life science hub in Somerville, MA. The project involved bringing to life an already established brand provided by an outside vendor, ensuring that the design reflected the sophistication and innovation of the property.

This project was a collaborative effort between myself, other designers, and the marketing team. Together, we worked to showcase the property’s availabilities and unique capabilities in the competitive life sciences market. The brochure used clean graphics and high-quality renderings to highlight the key features of the development, including its modern infrastructure and advanced capabilities tailored for the life sciences industry.

My role involved ensuring that the visual design aligned with the established brand identity while also enhancing the clarity and appeal of the marketing materials. Through close collaboration with the team, we were able to create a polished and effective brochure that effectively communicated the strengths of 10 Prospect Street to potential tenants and stakeholders.
